Around Town 1

I went exploring through some Tokyo suburbs, and happened upon some little neighborhood gems. Jiyugaoka was one of the most charming, with so many nooks and crannies and quaint areas. It was a very refreshing day away from the big big skyscraper center of Tokyo. Here are some images from strolling around town:

If you find yourself in Tokyo, and aren't really into the oober urban scene (I'm not...really...) please check out Jiyugaoka. Either Shibuya or Shinjuku station should get you there easily. It's an extremely charming place to spend the day.

  2. I've never seen a bus cafe before! Genius! Also, those teddy bear biscuits look like they'd be a way better version of teddy grahams!

  5. I need to somehow teleport to that store with all the frog stuff, because they are my favorite animal and it looks amazing.
