Out in the little suburb of Koenji Lies perhaps the cutest, quaintest little gem of a restaurant. It's all treehouse themed- very tall and skinny with several stories and ladders and lofts, and plenty of animal murals.
We started out on the middle floor, but I was really interested in eating in the way up high loft so we waited a bit until the people eating came down and then moved up, food and all. I'm so glad we did because I feel like we got the full experience of all the atmosphere of the space. Everything was little and cramped up there, but it did feel just like being a kid in a treehouse again.
we had a curry eggplant dish and tako taco rice.
