Free Kayaking on the Hudson....ok yeah probably pretty gross, but free! and still fun. we did this in october when the weather was nicer. it was fun to get a different view/ angle of the city. After paddling around for a while we worked up an appetite and found a lovely little burger stand no the waterfront serving ENORMOUS blue cheese burgers on brioche buns. delicious.

after lunch we walked by a Beard Papa's, which we of course had to check out, and they had a special pumpkin cream puff for the month. got. it.
I am thankful for long, golden saturdays spent with Ryan, exploring.
I am thankful for fond memories of nice times spent together

I'm thinking our husbands are twins...mostly because they both went to BYU (right?), both speak russian (judging by the cyrilic on his shirt) and both promptly grew beards after they graduated! awesomeness :)
