Governor's Island
Dress: Vintage, Cardigan: Nordstrom, Belt: thrifted
Over the weekend we visited Governor's Island with Lizzie. It's a free ferry ride over so we got to be out on the water and see skylines in all directions for a little bit. We brought over a bag full of picnic goods from Whole Foods.
It was an interesting place. lots of lawns and trees. lots of bikers and strollers. lots of nice views. lots of old renovated houses and buildings, some in the form of museums, and lots of craft and activity booths for kiddies.
There were also a lot of street art type sculptures spread over one certain lawn. Overall it was a fun, interesting place to explore! (so far this is the closest I've gotten to the statue of liberty)
