Today we explored Central Park for the first time, but it is a huge huge place and we only had about an hour and a half before Ryan's work, so we only saw a smidgen.
(a castle!)
Dress: vintage, Belt: thrifted, Oxfords: thrifted, Purse: thrifted.
Also, neither of us packed our camera charger, and our camera had now died, so please bear with the new format of all iphone photos. They'll have to do for now.
We explored the paths around the Theatre, Shakespeare Garden, and Swedish Cottage. I couldn't believe how charming and quaint everything felt, and I almost forgot I was in the middle of a huge city! Certain parts of the pathway felt just like a Beatrix Potter book.
(amazing view from the castle!)
(cute lil cottage: this was actually transported from Sweden, and in the mornings they hold marionette shows!)
(look at all those gorgeous ferns!)
(we were planning on photoshopping these together, but it's been a long day already..)
After the park we were hungry and grabbed a reuben panini before Ryan had to go to work. A summer rainstorm broke out into big fat drops.
Your dress is adorable! I love your vintage style.
