While we were in DC we spent the afternoon exploring the Smithsonian and Natural History museums. It's always a fun setting to explore, but we were of course especially excited to get to the dinosaur section, and I wore my T-rex necklace for the occasion. The lighting was really difficult for photographs, but we tried anyway- I really wanted some dino photos to go with my necklace to jive with the Jurassic Park festivities.

  6. Aw! Lovely white dress and amazing necklace! I never thought a skeleton could be so elegant.:-)

I'm really feeling the setting here - we went to the NC Museum of Natural Sciences today. No T-Rex, but they did have a nice Acrocanthosaurus.

Great pictures. I live in DC so it's always nice to see a blogger on my home turf. :)
