It was another unseasonably cold and less than pleasant week in which I wore way more layers than I'd ever consider acceptable for April. Since no one needs to see my coat again, I just took some indoor photos. I really love this shirt, although I very rarely wear it because I don't want anything to happen to it. Definitely THE most expensive T-shirt I have ever purchased. It was so unique, and I came back a few times to gaze at it before finally deciding it would be worth it. Found it in a cute zakka shop in Shimokitazawa, Japan, which quickly became one of my favorite suburbs to spend the day. It has tanuki- their version of raccoon- all over, and there is one cat masquerading. can you find her? Japan has details down so well.

  1. Is a tanuki the same as a red panda? Either way, it's super cute!

  5. I have to say I love the cut and colour of your jeans. I'm not a great trouser wearer and always find it hard to find a cut I like. However skirts and dresses aren't always practical in the gusty winds we are having so I will have to look into those jeans.

  8. haha i have a few pieces that were so pricey I almost never wear them, too. That's so backwards isn't it. And i love how you can pull of simple styles as incredibly chic. i think the beanie was what made this outfit for me. and i know, where the heck is the warm front?! i've already packed away my coats- i'm done with winter whether it likes it or not.
