It's rainy today, but spring is just around the corner, and warmer days are ahead! I'm SO excited day light saving time stepped in so I can finally start taking pictures outdoors again in nice light. I'm a little behind and trying to catch up:) Sorry I didn't take a close up of the print of this dress- I wish I had, because the kitties are so cute.
I kind of like this time of year where northern hemisphere bloggers and southern hemisphere bloggers are kind of starting to dress similarly again. our spring and their autumn is sneaking in slowly with some brisk days and some warm days, and it's fun to feel a little more connected through posts and photos. Before the internet was really a big thing, it used to blow my mind that it was NOT summer for a whole half of the world while I was running around catching fireflies and chasing the ice cream truck. I didn't really have a way to watch it happen simultaneously. thanks, interwebs!

The dress and cardi are such soft, pretty colours! I also love how the dark socks complement your dark hair... gorgeous :)) Our clocks don't change until a week Saturday in the UK - I too love the lighter evenings to make photoshoots easier!

ReplyDeleteAnd I know what you mean, I've lived most of my life in the south hemisphere, but now I live in the north, but my family is still down there, and we always compare the weather and it's funny when we skype, when they are freezing I'm complaining of the heat, and vice versa.

Love the knee socks. The dress & cardigan are so cute. I do love seeing the southern hemisphere bloggers dressing for the opposite season. I think it's kind of awesome seeing the Floridian bloggers vs. the Canadian bloggers.
