We rolled into Big Sur in the early morning and spent pretty much all day exploring and soaking in the incredible scenery. Every scenic pulloff is worth seeing, and even though we visited three different parks, each one had a totally unique look and feel and we were glad we visited each one. We spent the morning seaside gazing and then headed a little inland for lunch to picnic in the redwoods on the big sur river.
