Life has been busy lately- and I'm trying to still squeeze in blog posts when I can. We've been catching up with lots of old friends who either live here or happen to be passing through, and trying to take advantage of at least some of what LA has to offer. Over the weekend, we visited Santa Monica pier with some friends from college and got some old fashioned ice cream sodas from the traditional soda jerk shop right by the historic carousel. I got a peppermint ice cream soda, and ryan got a chocolate egg cream, and they were both really great. No one wanted to ride the carousel with me, but I at least got some snaps. Then we walked around some.

It looks like you've been having a great time in LA! I love these pictures in front of the carousel and the one of you on the purple dinosaur. My sister and I would most definitely pose with that dinosaur too if we came across it!
