How can there be any words to describe this scenery? My first sight of the forest actually did catch my breath in my chest. Like stepping into someone else's dreamscape. So many hues. So many textures. It was such a beautiful day with so many beautiful sights.
Japan is a fairytale.
This place looks amazing! I went to Arashiyama (not sure if this is near there) but the bamboo forest there was packed & while it was amazing, it wasn’t nearly as magical as this looks! Would love to add this place to my list next time I go to Japan. Those gold fish are so cute but the way & I love how the narrow paths look like stepping stones.

Incredible, this looks indeed like a dream. I experienced this kind of landscape only through video games, I think there's a part in Okami where you walk through a bamboo forest (one more reason for your video games tumblr :-)!
