earz
So I love this hat a whole lot, and it made a lot more appearances on the blog when I first started out two years ago, but since cutting my hair I've felt weird in it. I still love the knit and the bear ears, but I think when my hair was long the dangly bits just blended in and now they look awkward with nothing to hide them in. I don't know...I tried to make it work today because I missed the hat and felt bad for it being buried for so long....I wore pretty much this same outfit here a long time ago when I first started blogging....a little embarrassing but it's kind of fun to see what sticks around what what doesn't. This sweater and hat are definite favorites that I think will stay with me till they fall apart.

You are the cutest thing ever. This is not an awkward hat at all on you.
ReplyDeleteThis is the cutest EVER! And I'm glad you've decided to wear the hat despite its dangly bits, because they don't look weird at all; in fact you look ridiculously good.

mmm... that sounds like it should be a really good lens...in fact a 35mm that goes to a 1.4 or 1.2 is my dream lens that would work best with my camera body, but it's outta my price range.....when you shoot do you use manual settings and set the aperture to a 1.4 or 1.8? shoot early in the morning or late in the day to avoid shadows/ direct harsh light, and keep your aperture as open as you can- and the closer you get to a subject/ the further away the background is from the subject, the blurrier your background will be. hope that helps!
DeleteLove the knit hat :) My friend got me a cat hat for my birthday, the kind that has paws attached to it. HA! Unfortunately it's not something I could wear out for fun like yours!
ReplyDeleteoh I just love the quality of your photographs. I am struggling to get mine as sharp these days, my slr did great but might need a service. it's 4 years old now and the quality just seems to have faded.
ReplyDeleteadore your shoes and these tobacco coloured tights, good way to fight cold and look brighter than winter!
xox
as far as I know, dslrs shouldn't really 'fade'...it's probably an issue with needing to clean the lens, or clean the sensor? get really gentle glass cleaner wipes and maybe try that? or have a professional look at/clean the sensor if you're nervous about opening it up.
DeleteThat hat is the cutest thing I've ever seen!
ReplyDeletecute cute cute!
