I'm so happy to have had a wonderfully white christmas, and to be able to spend time somewhere with plenty of fluffy snow and frosty branches. I've been out in the snow a lot lately having fun with family: skiing, walking, hiking, semi-sledding, and even snow forting. I finally got a chance to photograph an outfit real quick in the pretty surroundings. Winter can be so pretty! I got these adorable mittens for Christmas. They have little ears and a face on them, and they came with a matching hat. I've been eyeing them on ASOS for quite some time, so I'm really excited to finally wear them out in the lovely scenery. This outfit is full of big favorites of mine- one of my very favorite skirts, my favorite sweater, new favorite mittens, and that hat is definitely up there too. I think I wore the combo a bunch of times already but just never documented it. This is what I wore to go ice skating, and I didn't want to wear a coat so I think I have about three layers on and doubled up tights. It's bundle season.

outfit:
hat- etsy
scarf- gift
sweater- vintage/thrifted on boston trip
skirt-vintage/ thrifted
boots- vintage/thrifted
tights- joe fresh

  8. I adore this outfit. I need to live somewhere where it snows...

The south didn't even feel like it was Christmas time this year.

    C'est la vie.
