Boston! redux!

What we did:

So Boston kind of charmed the living daylights out of me. Remember that time on 30 Rock when Liz goes to Cleveland and it's like a magic wonderland with music playing and everything is so happy, bright, and shiny? That was me in Boston. The buildings! The parks! The history! The cobblestones and lamp posts! The healthy looking animals! The lack of smelly, grimy, dingy, cranky, crowded streets! It was my first time there and I think it showed. I kept gasping out loud at everything and couldn't believe how pretty and clean everything looked. It felt SO different from New York.

We visited a public garden, and some famous historical sites and burial grounds. Boston has the coolest cemeteries. They're super old- some of the oldest in the nation- and the headstones feel straight out of a German Expressionist film set. We had fun with some double exposures to help along the halloween spirit:)

Just walking around the nearby neighborhoods and park was enough to keep me happy for the rest of the day. The leaves were all so pretty, and the park had the most charming layout and details. I just couldn't stop smiling. There was something cool to look at in any given direction. I'm kind of crossing my fingers Ryan can get some interviews in Boston for jobs after law school...

What I wore:

outfit: ALL thrifted and vintage, except for the tights which I think are from urban outfitters.
