Baked Honey Custard
so easy! just mix up simple custard batter (milk, eggs, a little flour, some melted butter, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, and sweeten to taste with honey, pout into a glass dish you can set in another dish filled with water and bake until firm. Top with a little maple syrup. such a great autumn flavor!)
glazed pear and brie paninis on ciabatta.
and brioche french toast with creme fraiche and strawberries.
