IKEA DATE
enter my sister Becca. she was finally home! She's the youngest of us four, and super hilarious. aaaand she's almost as tall as me.
Dress: thrifted (DI)
Socks: interwebs
shoes: thrifted
cardigan: gadzooks
On the way to Salt Lake the other day Ryan and I dropped in on Ikea, which is always fun to navigate and explore. I love checking out all the room dispplays- it's like a giant playground for grownups. The cafeteria is also delicious and well-priced, so we had a lunch date with swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, and lignon berry sauce, and a PRINCESS CAKE for dessert. they are my favourite dessert. Sadly, the camera died before we got to lunchtime. I'll have to put up my phone pictures.

Hah. I have so many fond memories of Ikea.. Because the one around here opened up a year before I graduated high school, so me and my old group of friends used to go just to go--and meander the displays and take pictures and eat relatively cheap food. Your pictures made me smile :)
ReplyDeleteAnd your dress is lovely also, as always :)
That's a sweet little dress.. I love the bow! And I also like to include my sisters in my posts, when I can. You guys look pretty different, but with the same big smile!

ReplyDeleteI love Ikea. Most of my furniture in my house is from Ikea. It's such a fun place to get lost in for awhile. And the food is so affordable. I love their frozen yogurt for a dollar. Great pictures!
