Half Moon Cay
A few snaps in a vintage palm dress with tropical foliage. We had to take small ferry boats from the huge cruise ship to this island because of the shallow water and nearby reefs. There were brightly painted hut and cabanas all along the beach with wood shutters and straw roofs (rooves? I don't even know..) Carnival put on a big beach barbecue for lunch, and I had fun wandering through a maze of palms and succulents and flowers and singing birds to find it. We spent a lot of time swimming in the perfectly blue, clear, warm water- floating and splashing, and taking photos with a waterproof camera that somehow accidentally deleted everything....
