Four Corners
After spending the night in Cortez and eating the best fish taco I've ever had, we rose in the morning and made our way down and over to where the four corners of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet. Four Corners Monument! This was my first time 'in' New Mexico. It was pretty freezing and deserted in the winter- kinda nice to have the place to ourselves though. It was fun to finally pay a visit to a place I've heard about my whole life. We took some shots next to the specialest states: Arizona, where we got engaged, and Utah, where we got married. Then we played twister with four states

THOSE SHORTS>?!?! Amazing. Also - the four corners?! Ahhh. I have wanted to road trip west so badly for a long time, but really haven't had any reason to go much further than St Louis. These photos are so cool -I love that you took photos with Arizona and Utah like that. If I tried to do that with Ohio and Kentucky, we'd be standing in water or on a bridge ^_^
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool! I love interesting places like this. I've always wanted to go to Arizona and see the Grand Canyon. I'm hoping that someday I'll make it out there! I'd really love to take a couple of months off and go on a road trip. It would take a while to get out that way by car since I'm in the Northeast and I'd want to make a million stops...haha. A girl can dream!
ReplyDeleteYou two are so adorable! I love all of these pictures. I'd love to visit the four corners sometime.
